Have you ever had a great idea, which no one understood (yet) or wanted to actually use? Or did some people like it, but you are still far away from a mainstream market?
One of the greatest challenges in an innovation process is inevitably the human component. As a certified Psychologist and a seasoned practitioner in UX, Martina Mitz is glad to untangle this dependent variable in a human language. She will also make you familiar to a systematic approach to understanding and incorporating this interference variable firmly in your process, backed up by a couple of real work examples.
About the speaker:
Martina is a UX/Service Designer and a certified Psychologist = UX Psychologist, working since 2001 on re-designing certain parts of the web. Since 2009 she was able to influence the ecosystems in big companies like Volkswagen, T-Online, eBay, PayPal, Emirates Airlines, Cortal Consors (BNP Paribas), StepStone, The Co-Operative Bank and many others.
She has also supported some chosen start-ups in Germany and the UK, primarily by driving their research and strategy phases and therefore establishing a user-centered Design approach and the supporting structures.
