Thomas Gläser is a passionate product leader who has 13 years of experience in building successful digital products. He’s currently working as a Director Product Experience at the New Work SE, supporting the German Mittelstand to find and hire the right employees. Previously he was working for well-known companies like BMW, Mozilla, JetBrains, Arduino and his own agency envis precisely.

Thomas believes, that too much time and money is wasted on ideas that don’t work. That’s why he is particularly passionate about helping teams build better products and executives build the culture, to support that. That’s why he is leaving his company from time to time to coach other organisations.
